Abstract
In this paper, we investigate the existence of control systems induced by lifting of second-order type control systems, which preserve the structure of second-order type. Sufficient conditions are given such that the second-order type control systems induced by lifting preserve the controllability property of the original system. The local or global natures are distinguished. Finally, relations between the notion of lifting and morphisms of tautological control systems are explored.
