Abstract

The effect of several epidermal coating polymers (antitranspirants) on two leaf diseases, Septoria leaf blotch and powdery mildew, was studied in wheat and barley, respectively. The commercial antitranspirants ‘Wilt Pruf’ and ‘Vapor Gard’ were the most effective polymers in controlling both diseases.
