Abstract

SUMMARYLucerne stem eelworm (Ditylenchus dispaci) has been controlled with 0·25% phorate dust and liquid dressings in pots, and 1·0% dust dressings in outdoor plots. Little phytotoxicity was found with dosages of 4% phorate. The possible advantages of nematicidal seed dressings are discussed.
