Abstract

Interference effects caused by the simultaneous actionof a two low frequency fields with commensurate frequencies duringlaser assisted radiative recombination (LARR) are investigatedtheoretically. Varying the relative phase of the two fields thefollowing LARR features may be controlled: a) location of themaxima in the total emitted power; b) enhancement of the totalemitted power; c) polar shape of the differential emitted power;d) shape of the emitted power spectra.
