Abstract

This article presents and substantiates a model for lighting control according to the criteria of Human Centric Lighting. With mixed illumination of the work surface (a mix of natural and artificial light), the control of the lighting system according to a predetermined schedule is significantly complicated due to the fact that there are many random factors in the component of solar radiation lighting. The lighting control model has two graphs - the change in illuminance and the change in color temperature depending on the time of day. The execution of the illumination schedule can be solved with a dimmable luminaire and a light sensor, the control can be solved with any master controller for lighting control, which has a function to maintain the illuminance at a set value. As, for now, a direct algorithm for control of the lighting system in closed rooms with mixed lighting by color temperature is not possible, this article offers an indirect method of control, according to the data of just one light sensor.
