Abstract
The paper deals with a class of heuristic algorithms of control of complex or ill-defined processes, where a concept of probabilistic set is proposed. A so-called fuzzy probabilistic controller is constructed. The controller discussed consists of a set of control rules which describes the control policy and preserve approximate nature of human reasoning.
