Abstract
STEP by STEP: A method for depositing customized single and multilayer biomaterial scaffolds (see image) using point-to-point and continuous techniques is described. Proliferation and migration of mouse C2C12 progenitor cells occurs along the fiber axis on single-layered scaffolds and on double-layered orthogonal scaffolds spreading along the two layers, and right-angle transitions can be seen.
