Abstract
The article deals with the task of improving fuel efficiency and service life of a diesel-generator within the system of additional energy and activation of heavy truck containing the traction electric drive. The authors proposed a program for control of rotational speed and load in transient conditions, which allows to solve the problem. The program tested in bench tests.
