Abstract

AbstractThis paper mainly focuses on the optimal control and stabilization for networked control systems with packet dropout, measurement delay and input delay. The main contributions are two‐fold. Firstly, a necessary and sufficient condition for the finite horizon optimal control problem is obtained. Secondly, a necessary and sufficient condition for the stabilization problem is developed. Moreover, it has been proved that under standard assumptions the stabilizing condition depends merely on the eigenvalue of the system matrix and the probability of packet dropout which is irrelevant to measurement delay and input delay.
