Abstract

This paper mainly focuses on the optimal output feedback control problem for multiplicative noise systems involving packet dropouts, input delays and measurement delays over networked control systems (NCSs). Our contributions are two-fold. Firstly, the optimal estimator for multiplicative noise systems with packet dropouts and measurement delays is first derived. Secondly, by using the maximum principle, the sufficient and necessary condition for the optimal control problem is given based on the known estimator.
