Abstract
The Saru forest is placed near the Bals city in Olt county, at an altitude of almost 90-120 m is a Quercus cerris and Quercus frainetto forest with a rich floristic composition. Among the identified taxons we mention Sedum cepaea, Ranunculus constantinopolitanus species included in the national red lists. Due to a store and a restaurant in the forest perimeter, the influence of the anthropogen factor has a considerable impact.
