Abstract
During the health care reform in various literary sources have different opinions organization of medical care and its impact on key health indicators in different periods of the historical development of our state. A number of publications, go to the organization of primary health care on the basis of a family doctor, compared with the period of zemstvo medicine, while comparing both positive and critical. The aim of healthcare reform in different historical periods of mankind, it is primarily the adoption of such a model, the organization of medical care that would improve access to health care and a positive effect on key health indicators and demographic situation.

Государственное учреждение «Запорожская медицинская академия последипломного образования МЗ Украины», г. В период реформирования здравоохранения в различных литературных источниках неоднозначно оценивают организацию медицинской помощи и ее влияние на основные показатели здоровья в разные периоды исторического развития нашего государства. Ключевые слова: земская медицина, смертность, заболеваемость, показатели здоровья, принципы здравоохранения. Целью нашего исследования стало изучение вопроса влияния организации медицинской помощи в этот период на смертность населения, ее структуру, в т.ч. В ходе проведенного исследования изучались принципы организации здравоохранения, их реализация, влияние на эти показатели социально-экономических факторов и иных факторов риска развития социально-значимых заболеваний. В данной статье изложены результаты исследования организации медицинской помощи в период земской медицины. Анализируя этот период работу земских врачей, необходимо отметить, что основным направлением по снижению заболеваемости и смертности населения, была просветительская работа, к которой привлекались не только врачи, но и земские учителя. В земских губерниях Украины этот показатель был значительно ниже (табл. 3)
