Abstract

The method we have recently proposed, using the properties of analytic functions, allows us to study the influence of a dielectric layer on the efficiencies of a perfectly conducting grating. We describe the mathematical formalism and give numerical results obtained with a Univac 1108 computer, for both polarization cases. We discuss their application to Optics.
