Abstract
目的 通过改变NICU患儿常规采用的胃管置入方法,以减少患儿置胃管过程中的痛苦和损害,提高置管成功率.方法将60例入住NICU、SpO2＞90%、需置胃管的患儿随机分为研究组和对照组,统计2种置管方法一次成功率、置管前后SpO2改变、采用DAN评分标准记录患儿疼痛表达得分.结果研究组一次成功率为100%,对照组一次成功率为66.6%.置管后较置管前研究组与对照组SpO2改变程度差异有显著性.2组DAN评分得分差异也有显著性.结论改良后的胃管置入法明显优于常规胃管置入法。
