Abstract

The location and distribution of nucleocortical cells which project to the contralateral parafloccular cortex has been determined using horseradish peroxidase. These multipolar medium-sized neurons are found in the same areas of the contralateral posterior interposed and lateral cerebellar nuclei which, on the ipsilateral side, contained the primary population of labeled soma. Although few in number these cells are topographically organized in relation to the contralateral parafloccular cortex.
