Abstract
基于近年来新获取的临床研究证据，美国糖尿病学会颁布了2022年糖尿病诊疗标准。更新后的诊疗标准充分体现了以患者为中心、以改善临床预后为目标的糖尿病综合管理策略。本文针对该标准中关于降糖药物的选择、血压管理、血脂管理、抗血小板药物的应用以及合并心血管与肾脏疾病患者的降糖药物应用等方面的推荐建议进行简要介绍与评析。.
