Abstract

A series of nine patients with chronic granulomatous disease have been maintained on continuous nafcillin therapy for a period adequate to allow preliminary evaluation. Clinically significant hepatic sepsis has not occurred since initiation of this program. The effect on extra-hepatic sepsis is not yet clearly established.
