Background: Conventional aerobic training is the first choice in cardiac rehabilitation for patients with chronic heart failure (CHF). Introduction

Chronic heart failure (CHF) is a multifactorial syndrome characterized by cardiovascular and ventilatory abnormalities associated with the increase in the neurohumoral systems.[1,2] The cycle generated between physical decoding and disorders is associated with classic CHF physiopathological mechanisms. This condition is pinpointed as the main problem of the reduction in tolerance to physical exercise in this population.[1,2].
