Abstract

Different angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI) use patterns exist in relation to patients undergoing lower extremity bypass (LEB) for peripheral arterial occlusive disease (PAD). We aimed to study the association of the different ACEI use patterns with LEB for PAD to determine which pattern is associated with perioperative and long-term mortality benefit.
