Abstract

Reformation changed European lives: even if its premises are largely examined, its consequences are less studied. The essay explores the intertwinement of religious reform, with his theological issues, and political theory in the early modern world. Thus it focuses on some features of the Reformation that affected daily life, such as food habits and religious coexistence.
