Abstract

The article discusses the content and originality of the professional and pedagogical skills of a teacher of primary general education for the implementation of the State educational standard of school general education of the Kyrgyz Republic of a new generation. It is indicated that the effectiveness of the pedagogical activity of a teacher of primary general education is determined by the level of mastering the necessary professional knowledge, skills, pedagogical skills and personal qualities and properties. Methodological training acts in unity with organizational training and relationships with wards. Along with the elements of the educational process, the professional readiness of a teacher includes the formation of spiritual sensitivity, warmth, care and joy, which are moral qualities. The teacher also needs a complex of social and human qualities: activity, conviction, maturity of thinking, adherence to principles, and more. A teacher can develop only on the basis of a high general and pedagogical culture, a steady need for self-education.
