Abstract

Advances in endovascular technology allow management of large common iliac arteries (CIAs) during endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR). Large CIAs can be managed by flared iliac stents (FLARED), by exclusion of internal iliac artery and stenting into external iliac artery (EIA), or with an iliac branch device (IBD). This study compares use and outcomes of these different approaches for management of large CIAs during EVAR using a large national database.
