Abstract

êµì •ì¹˜ë£Œì˜ ëª©ì ìœ¼ë¡œ, 또는 ë³´ì¡´ 불가능한 치아를 발거 후 치근 형성이 완료된 치아의 자가치아이식을 요구하는 경우가 ëŠ˜ì–´ë‚˜ê³ ìžˆì§€ë§Œ 미완성 치근 형성 치아를 이식하는 경우에 비하여 치근 형성이 완료된 치아를 이식하는 경우 ìƒì¡´ë¥ ë° ì„±ê³µë¥ ì´ 낮음이 ë³´ê³ ë˜ê³ ìžˆë‹¤.ì´ì „ì˜ 자가치아이식에서는 공여치와 수여부만을 재현하는 모델만이 사용된 반면에 현재는 불필요한 ê³¨ì‚­ì œì™€ ìˆ ì‹ 시간을 감소시켜주는 ì™¸ê³¼ì  가이드 í œí”Œë ˆì´íŠ¸ë“¤ì„ 3D í”„ë¦°íŒ ê¸°ìˆ ì„ 통하여 ì œìž‘, ìˆ ì‹ì— ì¶”ê°€ì ìœ¼ë¡œ 이용함으로써 이식시 ì ì ˆí•œ 방향와 깊이로 수여부를 í˜•ì„±í• ìˆ˜ 있으며 ìˆ ì‹ì‹œê°„ë„ 감소시켜 자가치아이식의 ì„±ê³µë¥ ë° ìƒì¡´ë¥ ì„ 향상시킬 수 ìžˆë‹¤ê³ í• ìˆ˜ 있다.본 케이스는 치근 형성이 완료된 치아를 ì„ ì²œì„± 결손 부위에 자가이식한 케이스로 3D í”„ë¦°íŒ ê¸°ìˆ ì„ 이용하여 공여치와 수여부 모형 모델 및 ì™¸ê³¼ì  가이드 í œí”Œë ˆì´íŠ¸ë“¤ì„ ì œìž‘í•¨ìœ¼ë¡œì¨ ìˆ ì‹ì˜ ì„±ê³µë¥ ê³¼ ì•ˆì •ì„±ì„ 높일 수 ìžˆì—ˆê³ ì´ì‹ì¹˜ì˜ 양호한 ì¹˜ìœ ê²°ê³¼ë¥¼ 이끌어냈다.
