Abstract
The last comprehensive redesign of the green journal was 10 years ago, a relatively long time in publishing terms. Medical journals, like popular publications, want to keep fresh. This means delivering high-quality content on a weekly basis—and past editorials have addressed publishing standards—but also keeping in mind the look of the journal, its readability, its online functionality, and how to keep it fresh and updated.
