Abstract
Contained rupture of right femoral anastomotic aneurysm presented as a pulsatile tender mass. An 8 mm Dacron was interposed between the remotely placed right limb of the graft following resection of anastomotic aneurysm. Proximal control was obtained using right lower quadrant extraperitoneal incision.
