Abstract

Football is a popular sport around the world. The opening of sports facilities such as commercial football fields has also increased in tandem with the growth of football in Malaysia. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between demand for commercial football fields and customer satisfaction with commercial football fields. This study was carried out using a survey research method, with questionnaires distributed to 721 visitors to the commercial field in the district of Hulu Langat. According to the study's findings, there is a link between consumer satisfaction and customer demand for commercial football fields. This study is expected to assist commercial football field operators in improving the quality of services, facilities, and promoting commercial football fields to the community, as well as assisting the government in obtaining feedback from users on commercial football fields to develop guidelines to make commercial football fields comparable internationally.
