Abstract
The project presented here set out to investigate the factors conditioning the realization of consumer interests in political decision-making and to give practical recommendations for an improvement in this respect. The investigations consisted of five case studies concerning (a) standard form contracts, (b) pharmaceutical products, (c) tenant's protection, (d) organization of a consumer centre, and (e) industrywide technical standardization.
