Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze the public consultation of the policy of Civic-Military Schools. Therefore, we carried out a literature review, as well as a sweep in the normative, guidance and legal documents of the educational public policy of the Bolsonaro government. In order to create a problematization of the issue, the following questions were elaborated: How to carry out a public consultation for the implementation of an ECIM? We identified that public consultations can present anti-democratic processes generating an imposing approval of the model.
