Abstract

Construction Technologies and Architecture (CTA) is the scientific peer-reviewed series dedicated to building construction technologies, production technologies for modern construction materials and aspects of its application, structural mechanics, geotechnics, soil mechanics. The series is also focused on research in the area of construction engineering, construction project management and information technologies in modern building and construction engineering. Special attention is paid to the current problems in architecture, restoration of monuments, design in industrial and civil engineering. Concerns in transport infrastructure, trends in its modernization and development are also covered by the scope of the series. Scientific and technical progress in building construction drives the emergence of modern research, technical and technological solutions in engineering. Sustainability in building construction have brought to the fore the issues of solving carbon dioxide emission problems in traditional building materials manufacture, giving impetus to the development of efficient technologies for disposal of building wastes and use of composites involving biomass and natural materials, initiate the widespread implementation of Green Concrete technologies into the building construction practice. Papers submitted for publication in CTA cannot be published or sent for publication elsewhere. Authors retain the right to publish an extended, significantly updated version in another periodical. All published materials are archived with PORTICO and CLOCKSS. Abstracted/Indexed in:Inspec (IET, Institution of Engineering Technology) www.theiet.org. Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) www.cas.org.
