With the progress of the times, the rapid development of digital information technology will inevitably lead to profound changes in the education model, and education informatization is imperative. The in-depth integration of data technology and education is not only the development trend of future education, but also the university management system in the new era. The purpose of this article is to study the problems and countermeasures in the implementation of the management information system for higher vocational students. This article mainly focuses on the urgent need to update the system model, the platform function needs to be explored, the system content still needs to be integrated, the management path needs to be urgently expanded, and the relevant guarantees still need to be strengthened. 6. Supervision measures need to be improved in six aspects. The problems and countermeasures in the implementation of the management information system for higher vocational students have been explored. On this basis, the transformation of construction concepts is lagging, the construction of data platforms is lagging, the integration of education content is unfavorable, and the expansion of education carriers is lagging. , The lack of quality of the host and guest media, and the lack of media supervision capabilities. The results of the survey show that in terms of the necessity of setting up student management information systems, most of the students recognize and support the implementation of problems in the management information system. By adopting corresponding strategies, 54.12% of the students think it is necessary to analyze and solve the problems in the implementation of the student management information system, 25.05% of the students think it is very necessary, and only about 20% of the students do not agree. From the survey results, more than 60% of the students showed support, of which 13.92% were very supportive. Before the implementation, the students had high enthusiasm and expected a good trend. 87.11% of college students were satisfied with the results, and 90.32% of teachers chose the more satisfactory options. There are certain differences in satisfaction among schools of different grades. 40% of the students in the three colleges choose not to be satisfied, showing a stronger demand for the reform of the student information management system.
