Abstract
Military hospitals shoulder multiple tasks such as medical aid, emergent relief at wartime and medical service support. Nursing care, as an important part in the construction of hospitals, its development and construction directly affect the performance of function in strength building. How to give full play to the technology advantage of nursing science, nursing management potential, and improvement of nursing strength, we should make construction plans for nursing discipline, and set up construction and development platform for nursing discipline, to form the corresponding management structure and operational mechanism, so as to make the nursing management fully combine either at ordinary time or at wartime, and make the nursing research results fully reflected based on nursing health camp management mode.
