Abstract
Objective To construct the evaluation system of recertification for specialty nurses, and provide references for the recertification system, of specialty nurses. Methods According to literature review and expert interview, the framework of evaluation index system for specialty nurses′ recertification would be protocaled; Delphi method was used to conduct the questionnaire consultation among 23 experts; and EXCEL, SPSS software and precedence chart were used for the statistical processing, index selection and index weight determination. Results The authoritative coefficient of experts was 0.94, and after two rounds of expert consultation, the consultation results were in accordance. Finally the evaluation system included 4 primary indexes, 10 secondary indexes and 27 tertiary indexes and the weights of evaluation indexes. Conclusions The recertification of specialty nurses is very necessary, and the evaluation system constructed by the research results provides a scientific reference for the formulating of the recertification system.
