Abstract
Based on the analysis of the application scheme of the edge gateway in the ubiquitous power Internet of Things (IoT)-aware layer-end devices and edge IoT agents, a substation global IoT system of the edge gateway is built, including the overall architecture, application framework and cloud collaborative design of the system, and key technologies such as new edge gateway technology, coordinated operation strategy and coordinated operation scenario examples are studied. The designed edge gateway can meet the unified access of multi-disciplinary and multi-type terminals. The edge gateway is the carrier and key link of “terminal data self-organization, terminal cloud business self-coordination”. Through case analysis, it is verified that the edge gateway runs reliably, and the design goal and operation requirements of substation global IOT are met.
