Abstract

In this tribute dedicated to Albert Crumeyrolle’s contributions to Clifford algebras and spinors, we review two constructions of spinor spaces. One, favored by Crumeyrolle, relies on Witt decomposition of the underlying quadratic space into maximal totally isotropic subspaces. The other, results in one-sided minimal ideals of Clifford algebras generated by primitive idempotents.
