Abstract

<para xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink"> Construction methods for self-dual codes are given. By using these methods some new extremal self-dual <emphasis><formula formulatype="inline"><tex>$[{66, 33, 12}]$</tex></formula></emphasis> and <emphasis><formula formulatype="inline"> <tex>$[{68, 34, 12}]$</tex></formula></emphasis> codes are obtained. </para>
