Abstract
The construction of research culture plays an important role and is of great strategic significance in creating a strong scientific research atmosphere,cultivating qualified scientific research talents,generating good scientific research output and promoting the sustainable development of the scientific research work.Peking University People's Hospital,after years of exploration and efforts in the construction of environmental culture,system culture and spiritual culture,has formed a relatively mature scientific research culture atmosphere,which is characterized/featured by 'innovation + tolerance + equality' and is a positive driving force in the construction and sustainable development of a research-oriented hospital.
