Abstract

Objective To construct nursing education curriculum modules to evaluate the competency for nursing undergraduate students. Methods Convenient sampling method was performed from September to December 2014 to select 7 experts from 1 medical university in Tianjin and 2 medical universities in Beijing to attend the conference. Nursing undergraduate education curriculum modules were constructed through the live discussion and distribution of expert opinion questionnaire within the competency comprehensive evaluation index system for nursing graduates. Results The active coefficient of experts was 100%; the coefficient authority (Cr) was 0.95; and the coordination coefficient (W) was 0.37 (P<0.001) . 12 knowledge modules and 5 curriculum modules were constructed. Conclusions The 5 constructed curriculum modules of this study can provide references for curriculum revision based on competency.
