Abstract
The paper propose appropriate strategies through discussion the effect produced by internet environment on the library’s information resources, reestablish the new criteria for the collection of library; Speed up the construction of collection; Reinforce the characteristic construction of the virtual collection; Promoting exchange and cooperation in libraries.
