AbstractAs a new force with great potential in China’s economic development, Chinese enterprises’ overseas investment is playing a more and more important role. Through the investigation of the current situation of intellectual property protection of Chinese overseas investment enterprises, this paper finds that they lack the awareness of interest protection, have a small number of intellectual property rights, and their legal protection system is not perfect, which leads to many problems, such as the intellectual property rights of Chinese overseas investment enterprises are very vulnerable to infringement.
