Abstract

We analyzed the current problems faced by China's emergency logistics and material support system and the development of blockchain technology. We found that the core technology and characteristics of blockchain have a coupling relationship with the emergency logistics supply chain in four aspects: information sharing, supply chain coordination, donation transparency, and material traceability. Therefore, we have constructed an emergency logistics and material support system model based on blockchain applications. Under the application of blockchain technology, we discussed the specific construction measures of the emergency logistics system in three aspects: the intelligent development of the emergency supply chain, the construction of the material support system, and the traceability and anti-counterfeiting of emergency material information. We found that blockchain technology can make up for the shortage of China's emergency logistics development. With the help of blockchain, China's emergency logistics can develop rapidly and better respond to public emergencies.
