Abstract
A differential pressure gage for F2 was costructed. Two metal bellows were connected end to end and the net displacement of the connecting part was measured by a differential transformer. The output voltage per unit pressure difference was 1.7 mV/mmH2O. An apparatus for automatically controlling the outflow of batches of F2 gas was devised with the use of this gage, to replace the manual control practiced hitherto.
