Abstract

In many schools, video resources are not well developed to application; there is a need for improvement in many areas. Video of educational resources as a result of intuitive and habitability characteristics, is able to reappear the behavior of the process, and it is important to learn self‐imitation for the students, other types of educational resources cannot be compared with this feature. Universities can rely on specialized teachers to set up a working group to integrate video educational resources, to collect, filter, and sort out the video teaching resources through the network one by one corresponding to the educational theme, establish a repository platform for video educational resources with appropriate hyperlink to quick and easy access for students and improve learning efficiency. The construction of video educational resources platform is a key for educational resources applications, mainly includes video database management, platform construction, and video data query downloads, video segments processing and playback software construction.
