Abstract
An asymmetric α-C–H alkenylation of aryl alkenes has been disclosed to provide axially chiral aryl 1,3-dienes, proceeding through six-memberedexo-cyclopalladation, assisted by an aldehyde/l-t-leucine derived transient chiral auxiliary.
