Abstract

A model of the intelligent environment is considered that supports the operation of electrotechnical objects and their elements. At present, it is common to consider solving of the problems of integration of the engineering data within the framework of construction of ontologies of the object domains. Integration semantic models for engineering objects based on ontological modeling are being developed at both industry and international levels. Use of semantic and ontological standards helps to establish exchange and comparison of the data, identify collisions, and bring contradictions in line with each other. Working with the data upon such standardization is much less onerous than with other technological solutions that combine software tools and operation interfaces. According to the method of development of information protocol standards and their implementation (ISO 10303), to develop the ontology of the subject domain that sets up intelligent environment of support of functioning of the energy objects and their elements, it is necessary to construct functional and information models of the studied subject domain and construct an ontology based thereon. The functional model of the life cycle of the electrotechnical model permitted identification of numerous processes and objects and their properties which should make up the ontology of the subject domain “the life cycle of the equipment of the electrotechnical complexes and systems.” The suggested structure of the metaontology is the basis of the intelligent environment structural model for data exchange between the subjects of the subject domain and provides support of functioning at a modern level.
