Construction of a multifunctional recreational complex

Abstract

The purpose of the design is to create a single multifunctional recreational complex that will serve as a kind of “port” from the right bank to the Green Island, from the island to the left bank, and also include many necessary functions such as: shopping, recreational and entertainment spaces. Thus, we get the ideal infrastructure for this site and solve the problem of getting to the island in winter. The design site is located in the western part of the Green Island in the city of Rostov-on-Don. (Proletarsky district) You can get to the island by a pontoon bridge in the warm season (from April 25), since the bridge is closed in winter, this is a problem for visitors to the island. Ostrovnaya Street runs perpendicular to the island, and a Circumferential street leading to the marina and a small beach adjoins it. Currently, the site is not built up, there is a closed free-growing landscaping on it, which is not being improved. At the same time, the Proletarian district needs a multifunctional recreational complex, since there are many residential areas in the vicinity and the Island itself dictates to us the idea of improving the territory, because it is considered a place where people go to relax and admire nature.
