Abstract

In the stage of digital transformation of library, the transformation of library has become the main feature of contemporary library, and the most direct and profound driving force to promote the transformation of library is innovation. The optimization, upgrading and innovation of libraries depend on the creativity of librarians. Therefore, how to enhance the creativity of librarians has become an urgent problem to be solved. In the workplace, leadership is mostly cited as the primary driver of innovation. However, relevant studies have found that leader empowerment can improve employees' creativity. Therefore, it is necessary to further explore the impact of empowering leadership on librarians' creativity and its mechanism.
