Abstract

With the popularity of smart meters and the development of big data technology, power consumption data is accumulating. In order to help the power sector better understand users and provide better services for users, a variety of user behavior cyber physical system models have been proposed. In order to better construct the cyber physical system model of typical users, this paper proposes a power consumption behavior pattern construction method based on DDTW, and obtains these eight power consumption behavior modes by using the power consumption data of a community in Shanghai. Then, a user cyber physical system model method based on improved K-Modes algorithm is proposed. Combined with the eight power consumption behavior modes, the user cyber physical system models of eight typical users are obtained. The final silhouette coefficient and DBI index are 0.056 and 5.89 respectively. The construction method of smart fire control electricity cyber physical system model based on consumption behavior modes can well extract common power consumption behavior modes from disordered power consumption data, and then through the user cyber physical system model method based on improved K-Modes algorithm, it can well construct the power consumption behavior cyber physical system models of different users, and abstract typical users to provide support for the policy designation of the power department. In addition, the smart fire control electricity cyber physical system model can support the closed-loop control of intelligent fire electrical cyber physical system
