Abstract

At present, the construction engineering contracting in the international market generally adopts the construction engineering general contracting (EPC) mode. With the expansion of construction engineering projects, the competition among EPC contractors is intensified, resulting in a series of supply chain problems. At present, China’s construction engineering contracting is at a disadvantage in the international competition mainly due to the lack of its own supply chain structure and model, and supply chain is at the core of the general contracting of construction engineering. Based on the above background, this article designed the construction engineering supply chain system, completed the construction engineering supply chain system through the design of procurement module and supply chain management module, on this basis, the internal structure and external structure of the supply chain were preliminarily optimized. The external structure is optimized in sampling radius design, supplier selection index and relative weight optimization, single index visualization optimization, supply structure and supply attribute evaluation optimization. The supply and demand relationship structure optimization for the inner loop supply chain system, and the optimization for procurement demand forecasting model. On the basis of this, the author of this article constructs the model of random demand for logistics recovery path of closed-loop supply chain system of construction projects, on this basis, design the optimize by hybrid ant colony algorithm, and the supply chain optimization algorithm simulation with soft time window is designed for the above algorithm. The simulation results show that the supply chain model construction and algorithm have an optimization effect on the closed-loop supply chain system.
