Abstract

Objective: To investigate the Construction and implementation effect of Internet + home care mode for postoperative discharged patients in Department of Hepatobiliary Surgery. Methods: 60 patients discharged from hepatobiliary surgery in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2018 were selected as the study subjects, and the patients were divided into intervention group (30 cases) and control group (30 cases) according to random number table method. The cases in the control group received routine follow up mode management, and the cases in the intervention group adopted the Internet + home care mobile APP management launched by the project group on the basis of the control group. After intervention, the incidence of complications (fever, pipeline blockage, pipeline shedding, biliary tract hemorrhage), infection rate, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence of complications (fever, pipeline blockage, pipeline shedding, biliary hemorrhage) in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (6.67% vs 33.33%, P<0.05). The incidence of infection (intra-biliary tract infection, peri-catheter skin infection) in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the control group (10.00% vs 33.33%, P<0.05). The physiological function, social function, body function, pain, general health status, vitality, emotional function and mental health in the intervention group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the patients in the control group was 90.0%, and that of the intervention group was 100.0%. The satisfaction of the intervention group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion: The establishment of Internet + home care mode has significant advantages for pipeline management of discharged patients after Department of hepatobiliary surgery, which can significantly reduce the incidence of complications and infection, and improve the quality of life of patients and patient satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
