Constructing Liaoning Literature in the New Era: Comment on Professor Lin Yan's "A Dialogue between the Contemporary Writers of Liaoning Province"

Abstract

Professor Lin Yan's book "A Dialogue between the Contemporary Writers of Liaoning Province" brings together his thoughts on literary creation, literary concepts and the future of literature with over forty contemporary writers from Liaoning. In this book, the author takes a unique approach to literary criticism in the form of dialogue, combining both breadth and depth. The first part of this article discusses how the "A Dialogue between the Contemporary Writers of Liaoning Province" combines critical discourse with creative practice.
